Varon is a hardworking and driven individual with a laid-back personality, a strong sense of humor, and a commitment to continuous growth. Over the past four years, he has worked in the service industry while actively pursuing a career in the trades.

Dedicated to building a future in construction and mechanical trades, Varon completed HVAC training school, fulfilled his internship hours through an HVAC company, and earned his HVAC certification. He later gained hands-on field experience working with Expert Heating before being laid off. Despite setbacks, he has remained focused on his goals, continuing to work and adapt while pursuing opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

Varon enjoys building, staying active in the gym, and living life to the fullest. He takes pride in doing quality work, learning new skills, and giving his best effort in every environment he’s part of. His long-term vision is to continue expanding his trade knowledge, obtain multiple trade licenses, and build his own business.

Through Community Economic Pathways, Varon is continuing to develop the skills, discipline, and business foundation needed to create opportunities not only for himself but also for others in the community.
