Community Economic Pathways
Our Commitment to Helping You Start Your Business

Community Economic Pathways shows you the path — but you have to walk it.

At Community Economic Pathways, our goal is to help individuals turn their skills, experience, and interests into real business opportunities.

As part of this mission, we offer free introductory workshops and Zoom training sessions designed to teach the basic steps required to start a business.

During these sessions, participants will learn how to:

• Identify the type of business they want to start
• Understand the steps required to legally establish a business
• Learn how to register an LLC with the state
• Obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number)
• Open a business bank account
• Understand basic licenses and insurance requirements

Our workshops and free Zoom sessions are designed to teach and guide participants through the process of setting up their business, so they understand what steps to take and how to get started properly.

Participants will be shown the process step-by-step and provided with the information needed to complete their business setup.

How Our Training Works

The introductory workshops and basic startup guidance will continue to be offered to the community; however, an RSVP is required to attend. Please visit our website to view upcoming in-person workshops and Zoom sessions.
