Tracey began her journey in September 2005 as a part-time assistant supporting benefits and contracts. Within just three months, her impact led to a full-time role—and from there, she steadily grew into one of the organization’s most influential leaders.

Today, Tracey shapes and drives the overall people strategy, focusing on employee experience, culture, and workforce engagement. She sets the vision for talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture, partnering closely with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals. Her work includes developing programs that measure employee satisfaction, retention, and performance, as well as implementing surveys, feedback systems, and engagement analytics that guide strategic decision-making.

A champion of culture, mission, vision, and values, Tracey ensures these principles are lived out at every level of the organization, both locally and globally. Her passion for supporting people—paired with her expertise in workplace relations—helps create an environment where employees can grow, thrive, and build meaningful careers.

Outside of work, Tracey is deeply committed to serving others. She actively volunteers in community and church initiatives and enjoys spending time with her husband, Hilmer, and their son, Ethan.
