Theresa Richardson

Volunteer | Community Economic Pathways

As a professional with a background in healthcare, Theresa knew she still had more to give and just needed a new direction. ”That’s when she came across a broadcast for individuals interested in starting or growing a business in the service industry, and it led her to Community Economic Pathways.

CEP didn’t just teach me skills; it changed how I think. It pushed me to step outside the box, build confidence, and actually move on the goals I had been sitting on. What I gained here gave me the clarity and drive to take action.

Today, she is proud to be the owner of T. Rich Construction, LLC.

This experience gave me exactly what I needed, not just knowledge, but belief in myself. Now, I’m excited to give back, support others, and play a part in strengthening my community.
