Her background includes marketing, promotions, mortgage brokerage, and extensive work in property management, where she has overseen a wide range of properties, including commercial, luxury, and affordable housing.

She joined Community Economic Pathways to transition into entrepreneurship, with a focused goal of building within the construction industry. With her depth of experience, this move represents a strategic next step toward ownership and long-term growth.

As the Community Funds Organizer for CEP, Dawn plays a key role in supporting the program’s mission to create real economic opportunities. She is committed to helping build pathways that strengthen individuals, families, and the broader community.
