Angela Boone is the Founder and CEO of Community Economic Pathways and the owner of A. R. Boone Construction, bringing over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Her career spans project management, field operations, and large-scale developments, giving her firsthand knowledge of how the industry works and where opportunities are often missed.

She founded Community Economic Pathways to close that gap. After decades in construction, Angela saw that many individuals had the skills but lacked the direction, access, and knowledge to turn those skills into real businesses and long-term income. CEP was created to change that, providing real pathways to ownership, financial stability, and generational growth.

Through CEP, Angela is committed to teaching individuals how to move from working in construction to owning within it, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities needed to build sustainable businesses.
