About Community Economic Pathways
Community Economic Pathways has always been about information, connecting people with resources, opportunities, ideas, businesses, and stories that can help them move forward.
But we realized that information shouldn't stop within our own community.
Many people never get outside of their neighborhoods enough to discover what is happening beyond them. There are careers they've never heard of, businesses they didn't know they could start, resources they didn't know existed, and opportunities they may never know to search for.
You can't look for something you don't know exists.
That's one reason we decided to expand Community Economic Pathways into an online newspaper and print edition.
We want to connect neighborhoods, cities, states, and communities around the world by sharing what's out there and showing people what's possible.
A program working in one city may inspire another. A small business owner's story may encourage someone hundreds of miles away to start their own. A resource shared in one community may open a door for someone in another.
Through our online and print editions, we'll share stories about business, entrepreneurship, careers, education, community, creativity, resources, and economic opportunities, including stories that don't always receive mainstream attention.
We aren't here to report what's happening. We want to help people discover what could happen next.
From our community to communities around the world, our mission remains the same: Connect people. Share stories. Create opportunities.
Because sometimes moving forward starts with simply knowing what's out there.
